| Compassion By Design is committed to the critical role that faith-based and community-based organizations play in meeting critical needs across our nation. With a personal understanding of the faith community and with skills developed through practical experience linking FBOs and CBOs with community needs, Compassion By Design has developed systems for engaging these groups in collaboration across traditional boundaries while retaining their mission and values. Compassion By Design has successfully developed funding that has engaged hundreds of FBOs and CBOs into new levels of community service through mentoring, prevention, premarital training and child care and other services that have helped more than 30,000 families. CRA is currently a part of the Compassion By Design federal grant-writing team. |

Teen Challenge of Southern California (a part of Teen Challenge USA) is a faith-based, non-profit substance abuse prevention and recovery program. TCSC serves over 20,000 individuals a year through a variety of services including residential recovery centers and after-school youth programs. For several years, CRA has assisted TCSC with proposal writing, program development, research, and evaluation efforts. Of particular importance is the work (done on a national level) in regards to the Access to Recovery Initiative. CRA has assisted Teen Challenge USA in collecting significant data, presenting barriers, successes and concerns to domestic initiative policy advisors. |

WayMaker Ministries (WMM) is a faith-based non-profit organization whose mission is to help those whom society has deemed no hope for. WMM serves homeless women and children, those at-risk for homelessness, at-risk youth, and ex-offenders. CRA has partnered with WMM in their efforts to assist children and families in the region so that the quality of life for individuals in the greater New Orleans region is not compromised in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. CRA has assisted WMM in various consulting and writing capacities. |
